How It Works

OVP's AI powered "Smart Machines" are cashless machines, leveraging card technology and digital wallets to make a transaction. Our machines don't utilize coils that are a hallmark to older machines, therefore eliminating the risk that a customer doesn't get the product they paid for. So where does the "Smart" in "Smart Machine" come in? All of our machines utilize internal cameras to identify the product the customer has selected, which generates the transaction and receipt for the customer.

Card or "Tap to Pay" Unlocks the Door

Our technology is the widely used digital wallet "tap to pay" tech, but also accommodates cards with the latest generation of card reader technology.

The Customer Chooses Their Product(s)

Once the customer's payment option is verified, the door unlocks providing them access to the products they love! All they have to do is remove the product!

The Customer Closes the Door

All done? Simply close the door and the machine will re-lock and begin to generate the customer's receipt for verification, and become ready for the next customer.

A Digital Receipt is Sent to Customer

The customer will be able to validate on the card reader that their selections are confirmed. If so, a receipt will be sent to the customer's email or mobile device.
